DELIVERY INFORMATION
We ensure fast and reliable delivery of your order through our partners UPS and DHL, although in some cases, deliveries may be made by other courier services. You will be notified of the estimated delivery time and shipment tracking number via SMS and/or email.
DELIVERY COSTS
The courier delivery price is based on the volumetric weight of your shipment. Volumetric weight is calculated using the package dimensions: (Length x Width x Height) / 5000. The shipping price in the shopping cart is calculated automatically.
If the calculated cost appears incorrect or too high, you are welcome to arrange your own courier service.
The shipment is delivered in a single consignment to one specified address. Any requests to deliver products to multiple addresses, in several stages, or at different times are considered non-standard and must be agreed upon in advance and paid for additionally.
Delivery of goods to a remote area has additional charge: +20 EUR (excl. VAT) to the shipping price indicated in the shopping cart.

DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time depends on the specific product and is indicated on each product page.
If the ordered products require custom printing, the production lead time begins once we receive a ready-to-print file and it is approved by MAZUS. If the file is submitted later or needs correction, the lead time will be automatically extended by the number of calendar days it took to prepare the final print file.
Note: Delivery times are approximate. They may be affected by seasonality, increased courier workload, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond MAZUS' control (Force Majeure).
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Important information upon receiving your shipment:
- The order can only be collected by the buyer or the person specified when placing the order.
- If you notice any packaging damage when receiving the goods, you must immediately inform the courier and fill out a damage report.
- If the shipment document is signed without comments, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in proper condition.
- If the goods are delivered on a pallet, the recipient must arrange for their transport to the desired location.
